Groovin the Moo (GTM) is Cattleyard Promotions’ flagship tour and Australia’s only annual six-date touring music event to visit regional Australia (and the Nation’s Capital). Featuring an eclectic mix of contemporary International and Australian acts playing over 12 hours of live music across an outdoor double stage and the Moolin Rouge Big Top, GTM’s increasingly recognised trademark is that of a fun and value-packed day complete with a twist of country hospitality. Approximately 130,000 patrons attend the event across 6 cities.
Motti & Smith manages public catering, artists backstage and staff catering, and also partnerships for the entire tour.
Public Catering – Over 120 vendors across 6 sites. Motti & Smith manages all process from expression of interest, selection, contracting and invoicing, event delivery to post event reports.
Artists & Staff Catering – Motti & Smith manages catering operations for over 300 artists and over 2,000 staff including security and emergency services across the tour. From menu concepts, budgeting, specific requirements to final delivery.
Partnerships – Motti & Smith acquires and manages key partnerships for the event, focusing on the relationship between partners and client and using this knowledge to create valuable experiences and opportunities for both parties.
